Tier progress begins from 1 June 2025 and is tracked over a rolling 12-month period.
Once you reach a tier, you'll keep that status for the following 12 months – Unless you qualify for a higher tier sooner.

Each client will have their own individual account where points are tracked separately. You’re welcome to gift your points to a friend or family member, but loyalty tier levels can’t be shared or transferred.

Your tier is based on total spend 🛍️ (services, products, and gift cards) starting 1 June 2025, tracked over a rolling 12-month period.
Once you unlock a tier, you keep it for 12 months 🗓️ or move up sooner if you reach the next level faster.
Just like Mecca’s Beauty Loop, once you unlock a tier, you’ll stay there for 12 months—no matter what you spend after that. But if you move up to a higher tier, your perks kick in instantly and your 12-month anniversary resets from that date. Each year, we’ll review your total spend from the past 12 months to see where you land.
