    – You will receive a confirmation text 72 hours (3 days) prior to your appointment that you must reply to.

    – If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours post text we cannot guarantee your booking will still be available.

    – If you have booked your appointment within the 3 day window you will receive a confirmation text on the day of booking that you must reply too

    – You may request email confirmations but the same rules to replying applies

    – Replying to confirmation text also means you accept our cancellation policy


    > Attempting to CANCEL an appointment with less than 3 hours notice will require a full upfront payment to secure your next appointment.

    > NO SHOWS (confirmed and not turned up without notice) you will be required to pay a full upfront payment to secure your next appointment.

    > If you NO SHOW or CANCEL to your rescheduled, pre paid appointment, you will forfeit your full upfront payment.


    If you cancel your appointment with more than 3 hours notice, you will not have to pay any fees or deposits.

    Our time is our only source of income and we hope you understand and respect this policy as we hope to be around for many years to come.

    Our Return Policy

    Products. For products that are either unopened or minimally used, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days. If you’re unsure about a product, we’d be glad to make a sample of it when we can (for example we won’t be able to give you a sample for a pencil or powder) for you to try at home, so you can open your new product when you’re sure it works for you.

    Services. If you weren’t pleased with your service, please reach out to us within 7 days. We do not refund services, but it’s important to us that you are 100% satisfied & extra important it is within the 7 days post appointment.
